Get ready to train, play, and level up at the Body Positioning & Contact Confidence Camp! Next Level Hockey Australia at Olympic Ice Skating Centre is where young hockey players sharpen their skating, master their moves, and build strength with fun off-ice challenges. Fast-paced drills, epic skills, and a whole lot of hockey fun, we’ll have you ready to hit next season flying!

Train smarter. Skate stronger. Win more battles.

This high-impact clinic is designed to teach players how to use their bodies properly on the ice,  not just to check, but to protect the puck, win space, and stay safe in contact situations.

Strength & Conditioning Off-Ice Training

This camp includes a dedicated off-ice training block. These sessions support what happens on the ice by developing the strength, balance, and movement patterns needed to stay powerful and safe in contact situations.

Players will work on:

• Core strength and stability for better balance on skates

• Lower-body strength for stronger strides and improved body control

• Shoulder, hip, and torso positioning for puck protection and contact

• Posture and movement mechanics for safer, more effective physical play

• Explosive power to help players hold their ground and win puck battles

All off-ice training is hockey-specific and coached by experienced trainers, ensuring players build real strength without risking injury.

This training directly supports:

• Body positioning

• Contact confidence

• Puck protection

• Stability under pressure

By combining off-ice strength and movement training with on-ice drills, players will leave this camp stronger, more confident, and better prepared for real game situations.
