This high-impact clinic is designed to teach players how to use their bodies properly on the ice, not just to check, but to protect the puck, win space, and stay safe in contact situations.
Whether you’re new to physical play or ready to level up, this camp builds the skills that separate good players from confident competitors.

This is one of the most important skills in modern hockey, and one that most players never get properly taught.

This camp includes a dedicated off-ice training block. These sessions support what happens on the ice by developing the strength, balance, and movement patterns needed to stay powerful and safe in contact situations.
Players will work on:
• Core strength and stability for better balance on skates
• Lower-body strength for stronger strides and improved body control
• Shoulder, hip, and torso positioning for puck protection and contact
• Posture and movement mechanics for safer, more effective physical play
• Explosive power to help players hold their ground and win puck battles
All off-ice training is hockey-specific and coached by experienced trainers, ensuring players build real strength without risking injury.

By combining off-ice strength and movement training with on-ice drills, players will leave this camp stronger, more confident, and better prepared for real game situations.

$650: 6:00 am drop-off to 4:00 pm pickup.
DROP IN COST
$200 per day, 6:00 am drop off to 4:00 pm pickup.
INCLUDES PER DAY
3+ hrs on ice each day.
1.30 hr Strength & Conditioning.
2 hrs Fun Activities.
Breakfast, Fruit & Snacks Provided.
