Our Skate School classes follow the nationally recognised Aussie Skate™ program, designed to help skaters of all ages build skills safely, confidently and progressively.

Whether you’re stepping onto the ice for the first time or working towards advanced skating skills, our structured lessons make learning fun, supportive and rewarding.

Structured lessons using the Aussie Skate™ learn-to-skate curriculum for kids and adults — from first-time skaters to confident movers.

What is Skate School

What Skate School Is

  • Group lessons use the well-known Aussie Skate™ national curriculum, which is structured and helps you build skills step by step.

  • Lessons are open to both adults and children, and beginners are always welcome.

  • You’ll learn how to skate forward and backward, stop, turn, use your edges, and do crossovers.

  • We use a badge system to track your progress and celebrate your milestones.

Schedule & Session Breakdown

Weekday Skate School

Days: Mon, Wed, Fri
Schedule:

  • 3:30 - 4:45 pm – Warm-up / Free Skate.

  • 4:45 - 5:30 pm – Group Classes
    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you won’t be able to join the class.

Weekend Skate School

Days: Sat & Sun
Schedule:

  • 8:30 am – Check-in.

  • 9:00 - 9:45 am – Group Lessons (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)

  • 9:45 - 11:45 am – General skating is included.

Pricing

Casual/Drop-in rate: $35 per person, including skate hire.

Term passes can be purchased either at the front desk or via the links below
Term passes will only be available online until the 5th week of Term (24/5/26)

🟢 Family Friendly Passes

  • 20x Pass – For 2 family members
    (Each person counts as one click per session)

  • 30x Pass – For 3 family members
    (Each person counts as one click per session)

    Passes can only be used during the term for which you buy them. They can’t be used in future terms.

Skate School FAQs

How long are passes valid?

Valid for the current 10-week term only- passes can not be carried over to the next term/s

Can I share passes?

Only within family passes — not outside family.

Lost card?

$20 replacement fee — card replaced for the current week.

Can I use passes for other sessions?

No the Skate School passes can only be used for Skate School classes. Passes can not be used for Public Sessions, Figure Sessions, Hockey Classes or any other programs outside of the Skate School Classes

I forgot my pass?

In the event that you forgot or didn't bring your term pass a drop-in fee applies for that day.
