Shipping costs
We currently offer Free Shipping on all orders valued over $100 and encourage all of our customers to take advantage of this service.
For all orders valued under $100, we display and allow customers to select from, the best possible carrier rates, live from several preferred shipping providers. The same goes for Express Shipping.

Order fulfilment during Covid-19 Pandemic
It's business as usual at Ice Rink, with both our online store and warehouse operations still up and running.
Please note that Australia Post and many other carriers have advised of delays across their entire network due to the Covid-19.
To minimise the risk of infection spread, all our carriers have enacted contactless delivery – meaning no signatures are required for parcel collection, whether via Post Office or at home.
Delivery times
All parcels are shipped from Ice Rinks's Melbourne facility. Once an online order is placed, it will be dispatched typically within 1-2 business days. You'll also receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Approximate delivery times are as follows;
- Metropolitan (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide) - 2 to 5 business days
- Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, SA, WA, NT - 5 to 7 business days
- Remote QLD, SA, WA, NT, TAS - 7 to 10 business days
Please note: Shipping times are a guideline only and are subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods & promotional campaigns. And whilst we'll certainly assist you in any such instances, Ice Rink is not responsible for any shipping delays that you may experience.
Free Pickup / Click & Collect
Please note, that free pickup / click & collect is not currently available.
If you live in Victoria and need to collect your order quickly, why not utilise our free pickup service.
Simply select your products online and add them to your shopping cart. At the point of checkout, select the 'Pickup' option under Delivery Method. We'll then prepare your order to be available to collect from our warehouse.
Pickup orders may be collected between 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
When your order is ready for pickup, you'll receive a confirmation email to let you know it's prepared and awaiting collection – usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Please present your order confirmation email at the time of collection along with your photo ID. If someone else is collecting an order on your behalf, we require written authorisation.
International shipping
We currently ship to Australian addresses only.
Special instructions & authority to leave
If you wish to provide special instructions for delivery (Eg. Authority to leave at the front door if no answer), please include this information in the shopping cart notes before the checkout when making your purchase.
