Our history is woven into Australian ice hockey. Before the bright lights of larger arenas, the Melbourne Ice proudly played their early games here in Oakleigh as a founding club of the Australian Ice Hockey League. Those formative years helped shape Melbourne’s hockey landscape and reinforced the grassroots culture that still defines our rink today. We remain committed to developing the next generation of players while honouring the legacy that began within these walls.
